      The Who are an English rock band formed in London in 1964. Their classic line-up consisted of lead singer Roger Daltrey, guitarist and singer Pete Townshend, bass guitarist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon.

       

      They are considered one of the most influential rock bands of the 20th century, selling over 100 million records worldwide.

       

      The Who's major contributions to rock music include the development of the Marshall stack, large PA systems, use of the synthesizer, Entwistle and Moon's lead playing styles, Townshend's feedback and power chord guitar technique, and the development of the rock opera. They are cited as an influence by hard rock, punk rock and mod bands, and their songs still receive regular exposure.

      Slipknot is an American heavy metal band from Des Moines, Iowa. Slipknot was founded in 1995 by percussionist Shawn Crahan, Joey Jordison (drums) & Paul Gray (base guitar).

       

      The band is well known for its attention grabbing image, aggressive style of music & chaotic live shows.

      The band rapidly rose to success following the release of their eponymous debut album in 1999. The 2001 follow-up album, Iowa, although darker in tone, made the band more popular. After a brief hiatus, Slipknot returned in 2004 with Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses), before going on another hiatus and returning in 2008 with its fourth album, All Hope Is Gone, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

      After another long hiatus, Slipknot released its fifth studio album, .5: The Gray Chapter, in 2014. Their sixth studio album, We Are Not Your Kind, was released on August 9, 2019. The band has released two live albums titled 9.0: Live and Day of the Gusano: Live in Mexico, a compilation album titled Antennas to Hell, and five live DVDs.

       

      Slipknot has sold 30 million records worldwide.

      Maroon 5 has made a splash in the music world for quite some time now. Successful studio albums, hit singles, and amazing concerts are just a few reasons why people love them so much. As for concerts in 2019, Maroon 5 has a great lineup around the world. The first available date to see them in 2019 is February 19th in the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Australia. Following this, they’re set to perform in various locations, including Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, and Bangkok, with the last date on June 11th in Paris. Additional dates and locations are yet to be revealed.

       

      Maroon 5 Background

      Maroon 5 is an American pop/rock band originating in California. Contrary to its name, Maroon 5 actually has seven band members, though not all of them are original members. It consists of Adam Levine (the main vocalist), PJ Morton (keyboardist), James Valentine (lead guitarist), Matt Flynn (drummer), Mickey Madden (bassist), Jesse Carmichael (keyboardist and rhythm guitarist), and Sam Farrar (multi-instrumentalist).

      The main group members started off in high school and released a single together. Though the response wasn’t what they hoped for, they came back with a vengeance in 2001 and the rest is history! They changed the direction of their music and got signed with Octane Records. Soon after, they released hit song after hit song and topped the Billboard Hot 100 charts for several weeks on end.

      Pink is scheduled to complete her Beautiful Trauma World Tour in 2019, starting March 1st in Sunrise, Florida. You can expect to see Pink in many arenas and stadiums across the U.S. and even abroad. Locations include Columbia, Jacksonville, Tampa, Houston, Vancouver, Anaheim, Montreal, Glasgow, and Liverpool. The last day to catch her in her tour is on August 7th in Horsens, Denmark.

      Every celebrity has to start somewhere, and the same goes for Pink. Alecia Beth Moore, more commonly known by her professional name Pink, was born in Pennsylvania.  Pink got started informally in music around the age of 15. After some runs with a few bands, Pink joined an R & B band known as Choice. While this group later disbanded, Pink continued a solo career with the help of recording label La Face.

      From there, her career took off with record-breaking albums and singles obtained within just a few years. Pink is loved by fans for her edgy music and empowered vibes. Not only is she a great musician, but she remains a top activist for a variety of LGBTQ and animal rights issues.

      The list of Pink’s greatest hits is a long one, but there are some tracks that simply took the cake. Her very first album, “Can’t Take Me Home” went double-platinum and had three Top 10 Singles in it.       Though most of their music is in German, the band went on to create tracks in English, Russian, Spanish, and French. This led to international success for the group, which won them several awards for their live shows.
