Take That Background
Take That is currently made up of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald. The group was originally brought together through the mind process of Nigel Martin-Smith, who wanted to create a teen band that could appeal to all age groups. He met Barlow at a local pub and was impressed by his songwriting skills. He decided to create a band that would best fit and further Barlow’s abilities, so through auditions he found the rest of the crew. They travelled through England doing small gigs to build up their fan base and eventually had a breakthrough with their cover of a popular song. They then released their album, Everything Changes, and were met with success immediately.
