The Chainsmokers is a DJ duo that knows how to make beats and music people love. From their breakthrough songs until now, the two have been releasing hit after hit. Their style of music gets you worked up in the best way, and this is especially true when they perform on stage. Fans not only feel the beat, but can’t help but move along with it.

The Chainsmokers have one date set up for a concert in 2019. They’re going to perform at the X Games Aspen 2019 event, alongside several other big names in the music industry. But they might allow for more dates to open up for concerts as the time gets closer, so just follow their projects to stay updated.

      The Chainsmokers Background

The Chainsmokers duo is made up of two very talented individuals, Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. As Pall had been a DJ his whole life, he was introduced to Taggart through his manager. The two hit it off immediately and started working together. They started off by making remixes of indie songs, then moved to collaborating with big artists like Priyanka Chopra, an Indian actress and recording artist.

They released their first single, “#Selfie,” for free, but it was later picked up by Republic Records and had a bigger platform to grow on. It hit the charts hard and made it onto international Dance/Electronic Songs charts. From there, their fame continued to grow as they got in contact and worked with big artists.

      The Chainsmokers’ Biggest Hits

The Chainsmokers have had several hits on mainstream music charts. Some of their best songs to grace the charts are “Roses,” “Don’t Let Me Down,” “Closer,” “Something Just Like This,” in collaboration with Cold Play, and “Paris.” They also won Billboard Music Award’s Top Dance/Electronic Artist award in 2018.
