EXO Tour Schedule

EXO is a nine-member South Korean K-pop boy band originating in Seoul. The group’s career took off in 2012 and has music with R & B, rap, hip hop, and electric dance influences. Not only is EXO popular in South Korea and other Asian countries, but their popularity has long been expanding overseas to the U.S. and other foreign countries.

As with many South Korean boy bands, their concerts incorporate a lot of upbeat, fast-paced dance numbers with their singing, so their concerts are always high-energy and packed. EXO isn’t currently on tour at the moment, but may release dates for 2019 at a later time.

 

EXO Background

EXO is made up of nine band members, all of which take part in the vocals and dance routines of their songs. Members include Baekhyun, Chen, Lay, Sehun, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Suho, and Xiumin. The boys auditioned at different places across South Korea and China before being put together as a group in 2011 by SM Entertainment. The group was first split into subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, to distribute music in both Korean and Mandarin, but later joined back into one group.

EXO’s first album, “XOXO,” became a huge success and sold over a million copies, putting the group as the best-selling Korean artist in over 12 years. Subsequent albums, “Exodus” and “ExAct” were met with similar success and both topped the charts. The boy band was set for success early on with a debut at the Winter Olympics and became a part of foreign music charts

 

EXO’s Greatest Hits

EXO has had international success with several of their songs. Their single, “Mama,” hit number one on the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and got to number eight on the Billboard World Albums Chart. Other famous hits include “Power,” “Lotto,” “Ka-CHING,” and “Ko Ko Bop.”
