Queens of the Stone Age Tickets

Queens of the Stone Age, often abbreviated as QOTSA, is a well-known American rock band that was formed in Palm Desert, California in 1996. The founder, Josh Homme, is the only consistent member of the band despite several lineup changes over the years. The current lineup includes Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita, and Jon Theodore, as well as a large group of contributors and collaborators. The band is known for their unique style, which incorporates blues, Krautrock, and electronica influences with Homme's distinctive falsetto vocals and unusual guitar scales, resulting in riff-oriented and rhythmic hard rock music.
Queens of the Stone Age originated from the Palm Desert music scene after Homme's previous band Kyuss disbanded. Their debut album was self-titled, and Homme played all instruments except for the drums, which were played by former Kyuss member Alfredo Hernández. Additional vocalists Nick Oliveri and Mark Lanegan joined for the commercially and critically successful Rated R, which included the hit single "The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret". Their album Songs for the Deaf, which featured contributions from Alain Johannes, Natasha Shneider, and Dave Grohl on drums, was a massive success both commercially and critically. Homme took over primary singing duties for Lullabies to Paralyze in 2005 and the electronic-influenced Era Vulgaris in 2007 after Oliveri and Lanegan left.
The band went on a hiatus for a few years before releasing two albums, ...Like Clockwork in 2013 and Villains in 2017, the latter of which was produced by Mark Ronson. Both albums received critical acclaim. Queens of the Stone Age has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards, including four for Best Hard Rock Performance, two for Best Rock Album, and one for Best Rock Performance.
